Meet Our Founder

Olatokunbo Ogunlade is a DevSecOps Engineer and Founder of The Coding Mum, an initiative dedicated to empowering mothers and women transitioning into tech careers. With a strong background in cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps, she is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for women in the digital economy.

As the Founder of The Coding Mum, she leads a thriving community that equips women with technical skills, mentorship, and career pathways to break into high-growth tech fields. She has successfully driven strategic partnerships, career development programs, and advocacy efforts, impacting hundreds of women looking to pivot into tech.

In addition to her technical expertise, Olatokunbo is actively involved in community building, public speaking, and coaching—helping individuals and organizations navigate the intersection of technology, security, and diversity in the workplace. Her work has been recognized across industry panels, EdTech accelerator programs, and international platforms advocating for gender inclusion in technology.

She is expanding The Coding Mum’s reach through EdTech innovation, corporate collaborations, and mentorship-driven upskilling programs to ensure that more women can access tech careers, regardless of their background.
